Be a holder of KCSE with a minimum aggregate of C- OR
Be a holder of KCE division IV with at least a Pass in both Mathematics and English/Kiswahili OR
Be a holder of a Credit pass in any relevant certificate course from an institution recognized by the University OR
Holders of KCSE mean grade D- may be admitted to the certificate course provided they have at least two (2) years experience in County/Local authorities environment OR
Be a holder of any other qualification accepted by the University Senate as equivalent to any of the above.
