Minimum mean grade of C+ (plus) or equivalent at KCSE with at least C+ (plus) in one of the following subjects: English/Kiswahili, Maths/Biology and any Arts Subject, or Mean grade of C(plain) or its equivalent and a Diploma with at least Credit pass in special needs Education from a recognised Institution, OR
KCE Div II with P1/S1/ Diploma in Regular or Special Education from a recognised Institution.
