Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Education (Arts) Degree of at least Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or its equivalent with an average means score of 60% from a recognized university.
Those with Second Class Honours (Lower Division) and at least two years relevant work experience may be considered.
