Call for applications: AuthorAID small grants

We're pleased to announce the second set of AuthorAID small grants for 2014. This time, we plan to award FOUR travel grants ($1500 each) and FOUR workshop grants ($2500 each) following a competitive selection process.

Eligibility

Our travel grants are meant for researchers who have an accepted proposal to present at a conference. Our workshop grants are meant for researchers or administrators who would like to organize a workshop on a topic related to research communication.

Both our travel and workshop grants are open only to people who are citizens of and are working in our partner countries in the developing world. A complete list of eligible countries can be found in the application form.

Application information

If you’re interested, please go through the PDF copy of the application form for the relevant grant (links are given below).

Please do not attempt to fill out these PDF copies. They are given only for reference.

When you are ready to apply, please complete the online application form for the grant you wish to apply for:

You should be ready to complete the online application form in a single session, as partial applications cannot be saved. Therefore, before you begin the application, please prepare your responses to the questions that require some thought. If you have any questions, write to authoraid@inasp.info

All the best!

We will be announcing the next set of grants in January 2015.
