Entry Requirement	All applicants for Diploma in Community Development must satisfy the minimum entry requirement of the University of Eldoret. In addition, applications will be accepted from candidates who: 1.    Have a certificate in community Development or related courses from institution recognized by University of Eldoret Senate   2.    Have KCSE Certificate with a mean grade of atleast C-(Minus) and C-(Minus) in either English or Kiswahili   3.    Have O Level certificate with at least Division III and a pass in either English or Kiswahili or have A level certificate with at least two subsidiary passes in History, Geography,        Economics, Religious Studies or any related subject 4.    Are serving Public Officers who do not have a minimum academic qualification but have relevant experience in community development of not less than 5 years of experience        may be considered on individual merit
