The forms are also obtained through our website www.kisiiuniversity.ac.ke which will be filled and sent together with an original bank pay-in-slip application fees in favour of Kisii University at any branch of National Bank of Kenya, account number: 0123035009000 (ii)The duly completed forms should be returned to: The Registrar- Academic Affairs, Kisii University, P.O. Box 408 Code 40200 KISII. Copies of relevant Certificates, Passport Size Photograph & the original application fee receipt should be attached. |
