Entry Requirements
An Applicant must satisfy any of the following minimum requirements for admission to the Bachelor of Education (Arts). Either; Be a holder of KCSE certificate with at least a mean grade of C+ (Plus) and a minimum of C+ in the two teaching subjects or its equivalent. Or •Be a holder of two principal’s passes in the two teaching subjects and a subsidiary pass at A- level. Or A Diploma in Education from a recognized institution with at least two years teaching experience after training and a mean grade of C (Plain) at KCSE.

Certificate Programmes Admission into any certificate Programme at Lukenya University is KCSE grade D(plain) or its equivalents. Diploma Programmes Admission into any diploma Programme at Lukenya University is KCSE mean grade of C- (minus) or its equivalents. Pre-university Programmes Candidates who do not qualify for a direct entry may be admitted in the first instance into a sixteen weeks bridging programme that is the pre university course, on the following conditions. KCSE mean score of C plain qualifies for a direct admission into a sixteen weeks pre-university programme. Undergraduate Programmes K.C.S.E mean grade C+ and above or its equivalent; A level with at least two principal passes and one subsidiary; G.P.A of 2.5 and above from Pre University;
